Functional annotations
In OMA, we provide Gene Ontology functional annotations retrieved from UniProtKB-GOA as well as functional predictions derived from evolutionary relationships inferred by OMA.
To view Gene Ontology functional annotations, retrieve a protein sequence and scroll down the "Information" tab.
